ICA Miami has a 30-day return or exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. To set up a return or exchange, please email hello@icamiami.org with "Return/Exchange Request" as the subject to initiate a return.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us at 305-901-5272 or hello@icamiami.org within 5 business days for instructions and an exchange or credit.
Please note that artist editions, multimedia items, face masks, and sale merchandise are non-returnable unless defective. Clothing will be accepted as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. A restocking fee will apply for any items not received in their original condition and packaging. A refund or exchange will be issued for returned items, excluding shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt and/or invoice. Returns for online orders cannot be processed at the ICA Shop physical location.
When can I expect my order?
The processing and time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete, and when you place it. The good news is that we are able to ship your order anywhere in the US for the flat rate of $9.95 and orders over $150 ship for free! The fulfillment process for most orders of in-stock items begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. These items will be shipped once your payment is approved and the shipping address is verified. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Select Standard Shipping purchases ship for one low flat fee of $9.95 per shipping address. If you are shipping outside of Miami, you should allow up to business days.

Free Shipping
Orders totaling $150 or more receive free shipping. Should your order qualify, you will see the word "FREE" in the Estimated Shipping field when you are in your Shopping Basket, and prior to clicking "Checkout." Please note that your order total must reach $150 before tax is applied in order to be eligible for free shipping.
Shipping to the Non-Contiguous US
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also offer international shipping from our physical location, should you be interested in shipping outside of the US.
Are there any restrictions for orders shipping outside the contiguous United States?
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged in accord with our shipping table. Unfortunately, these states do not qualify for free shipping. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 5 – 7 business days, excluding holidays.
How do you typically send international orders via the ICA Shop physical store location?
International orders ship via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Delivery times vary from country to country, but most orders arrive within 10-14 business days. Express International shipping is available for an additional fee per order and most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. We declare actual value of the merchandise for all orders.
