Michael Bennett for Lexus (Limited Edition)

Michael Bennett, the founder and Creative Director of Studio Kër, former NFL player, and Super Bowl champion, used amber glass to craft his Synesthesia series. The series of five candle vessels repeat stacked glass cubes, layered to capture and reflect the candle’s flame against the amber glass. Bennett’s design explores the idea of repetition in materiality, reflecting on Lexus’ design process wherein materials are carefully selected, repeated, and refined to create a cohesive, harmonious experience.
